The close cooperation with the customer that demands innovative and critical design allows our engineering department

to propose forging solutions that meet and exceed the market expectation.

Products are supplied in small, medium and large series forged, semi or completely machined.
Production of closed die hot steel forgings ranges from a minimum of kg.1 up to about kg. 60.

RAW MATERIALS STORES

Well organized and spaciously laid-out billet stores with cutting sections , together with careful supplier supervision and strict tests made on raw-materials, allows the use of several kinds of steel from carbon and alloy steels, to stainless, duplex and super duplex.

DIE SHOP

The die shop, the heart of the company, is equipped with the latest technology to design and manufacture which, combined with the experience gained, are the basis for qualitative excellence and production flexibility.

HOT FORGING

Induction furnaces with pyrometric temperature control and mechanical presses on all the lines, enable production according to the latest technological parameters.

Post production processes such as heat treatment, machining or surface treatment are possible.

QUALITY CONTROL

The department allows the execution of quality controls such as final visual and dimensional analysis,

non-destructive testing and mechanical testing.

Nickel 200 and Hastelloy B LC -C276-C4-X, Titanium Gr1-GrIIGrIII-GrVII and tied 6AL 4V).
